Playhouse 22's Third Thursday Play Reading Series
Liz is a 45-year old woman who is facing a life changing event coming up within
the next few months. As she contemplates and imagines her future, she is caught
off guard when she learns of the death of her first love. Feeling as if she must deal
with his passing before she can tackle her future, she is determined to look her
past right in the eye and take control of it. What she did not anticipate, or want,
was the somewhat dubious input she receives as, one by one, her past ‘selves’, at
ages 15, 25, and 35, attempt to ‘help’ Liz make these decisions and face the facts,
whether she wants their help or not. Ready or not, here they come!

Every Third Thursday of the Month, join us in our Studio Theater for an evening of original playwrights as their plays are presented for the first time in front of a live audience.
After each piece, the audience will have an opportunity to discuss the play with the playwright, the cast and director.
